ClassicalGuitarCourses (CGC) organize classicalguitarcourses around the world with selected and handpicked world famous guest artists from the official stage.

 

Our mission is to include all levels and all ages to our courses so no one is excluded. We strongly believe that we all can learn from each other and its important to start networking at an early stage awell as it is inspiring to listen to masterclasses of any level or age, from professional elite level to amateur levels and beginners level.

 

Our previous courses was in Barcelona, Stockholm and Tavira and our latest was held a beautiful big mansion in Sitges, only 10min by train from Barcelona. The house offers six amazing suites for accommodation and there are a lot of space for practicing and teaching. In the beautiful garden there is a pool for relaxation and tables to eat dinner together in the evening, and hang out and socialize with new friends from all over the world with one thing incommon: Passion for the classical guitar! 

 

The organizer, Emil Kjellbom a well known classical guitarist and entrepreneur from Sweden and will lead the course and teach classes (individual and ensemble, awell as the warmups/technique class in the morning) 

 

They will also lead the "discussion panel" where the purpose is to discuss what challanges it brings to be a classical guitarist today. We will talk about branding and cover all aspects in order to have a successful career. We discuss any topic and the word is open and free. Beside that you will have a lot of time to practice and connect with new friends from all over the world. 

 

The morning starts often with yoga/qigong after breakfast, and then we continue to warmup/stretching and technique class. Then the day continues with masterclasses, ensemble (where all play together) and individual lessons.  Openstage, concert and workshops are also on the menu.

 

To our help at our previuos course we invited two world-famous guitarist: 

Anabel Montesinos (Spain) and Carlotta Dalia (Italy) and this really brings a exclusive touch to our course. 

 

Carlotta Dalia will teach all tree days (masterclasses and individual lessons) and Anabel Montesinos will teach masterclasses and individual lessons on the the last day of the course. Our guest artists will also opened up our daily "open stage" to play a piece of music for you exclusively. The number of tickets is always limited so we suggest you to book you ticket now.
